Job Description
Basic qualifications for Certified Professional Controller (CPC) positions in the terminal and en route options: Specialized Experience Required for CPC Positions: Must have been facility rated or area certified in an ATO terminal/en route facility. Rating and Evaluation Criteria: In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, candidates will be rated in accordance with the instructions on FAA Form 3330-43-1 (dated 6/00), Rating of Air Traffic Experience for AT Movement. Employees that have not been facility radar certified at a level 10 or above Terminal facility will be required to pass the Ten Eleven Twelve Radar Assessment (TETRA). Priority Release/Return Rights: Effective dates for selections will be in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding, PHL Return Rights and Priority Release dated May 13, 2021. Employees that transfer and do not achieve full certification, other than those that have an approved hardship with an available vacancy, will be transferred back to their prior facility and will not be processed in accordance with HRPM EMP 1.14a.
