The ideal candidate has an interest in&nbsp;materials and processes&nbsp;and a willingness to learn. Otto Aerospace is seeking&nbsp;engineers, who&nbsp;are comfortable working from first principles,&nbsp;work&nbsp;great in a team atmosphere and&nbsp;get&nbsp;things done. &nbsp; &nbsp; The successful candidate&nbsp;will join the Materials and Processes department. This department&nbsp;advises&nbsp;on&nbsp;material&nbsp;selection&nbsp;and&nbsp;associated&nbsp;best practices,&nbsp;properties and&nbsp;allowables.&nbsp;They&nbsp;also&nbsp;author&nbsp;governing documents,&nbsp;test documents,&nbsp;and&nbsp;specifications&nbsp;related to materials and processes&nbsp;to be consumed in the design, fabrication, assembly,&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;and repair of Otto&nbsp;aircraft.&nbsp;&nbsp;Additionally, the department&nbsp;interfaces with manufacturing suppliers, ensuring&nbsp;all&nbsp;efforts related to materials and processes conform to&nbsp;Otto&nbsp;prescribed requirements. &nbsp; &nbsp; What You'll Do &nbsp; Provide guidance on matters relating to non-metallic materials and&nbsp;process&nbsp;to the Design and Manufacturing teams during product development and operation. &nbsp; Provide guidance to the Stress team&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;non-metallic properties and&nbsp;allowables. <span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559685&quot;:810,&quot;335559739&quot;
