Business Operations Senior Analyst

You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.     The work:   You will support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop, and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.   Here’s what you need:  4 year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience 2 years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support 2 years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application Bonus points if you have:  Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications Experience with Power BI highly preferred Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point Ability to contribute to a h
