We’re looking for a Systems Engineer III (Salesforce Developer) to design, build, and scale our Salesforce platform to support a rapidly growing global business. In this role, you’ll develop robust, production-ready solutions across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, ensuring the platform remains scalable, performant, and aligned with business needs. You will play a key role in end-to-end feature development, including solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment. A strong focus of this role is building maintainable, well-architected solutions that minimize technical debt while supporting long-term platform scalability. Salesforce serves as a critical source of truth at Fivetran. You’ll help maintain system reliability, support cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure new features and enhancements are delivered through structured development and release processes. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations and stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure Salesforce continues to scale with the business. This role requires strong ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You’ll participate in solution design reviews, sprint planning, and ongoing platform improvements while helping maintain high standards for code quality and system governance.
