Sr HR Generalist or HR Operations Manager - URGENT!

Looking for a Sr HR Generalist or HR Operations Manager that worked in healthcare or medical industry. Here's the deal: You'll be our go-to person for all things people - from training and performance reviews to making sure we're playing by all the rules (COBRA, ERISA, OSHA... yes, all of them). You'll work closely with our leadership team and have a real seat at the table in shaping our workplace culture. You're probably our person if you: • Have 5-7 years of operational HR experience (healthcare is a major bonus!) • Can turn a vague vision into a real action plan without breaking a sweat • Know how to influence people without resorting to bribery • Actually like people (this one's kind of important in HR ) Full onsite Mon - Fri 9-4pm - in Lehi, Utah.
