About SuperTrees SuperTrees is a growing, multi-state tree and nursery company based out of Canby, Oregon, with operations in Utah and Colorado. We grow over 150 varieties of trees and serve landscapers, municipalities, garden centers, and retail customers across the Northwest and beyond. Alongside our nursery operations, our teams provide professional arborist and tree services to both residential and municipal clients. About the Role (and Who This Is Really For) This role is for someone who doesn’t just want a job — they want to run a business. We’re looking for a strong, business-minded leader to take ownership of our Utah division, a $3–5M operation that includes both retail nursery and tree services. You’ll be responsible for how it runs, how it grows, and where it goes next. This is not a desk job. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between big-picture decisions and day-to-day operations. One minute you might be reviewing numbers, the next you’re out with the team or talking with a customer. If you’re someone who naturally spots problems, figures out solutions, and takes action without being asked — you’ll do well here. What You’ll Own • The full operation of the Utah division — nursery, tree services, and overall performance • Driving revenue growth and improving profitability • Leading and developing your team, from managers to field staff • Building strong relationships with customers and key accounts • Identifying gaps, solving problems, and improving how things run • Bringing structure, accountability, and consistency to the operation • Working closely with leadership to align on goals and direction What We’re Looking For • 10+ years managing a tree service division within a multi-location company • Experience running a division generating $3M–$5M in annual sales • Strong sales ability and real business instincts • ISA Certified Arborist • A leader who doesn’t wait to be told what to fix — you see it and handle it • Someone who can hold people accountable and still build a solid team culture • Comfortable making decisions and owning the results • Willing to be hands-on when needed What Makes This Different • You won’t be stepping into a fully built, perfectly polished system — and that’s intentional. • There’s real opportunity here to shape how the Utah division operates, build your team, improve systems, and drive growth in a meaningful way. • You’ll work closely with our Colorado Division Manager and the President of SuperTrees as you lead the Utah division forward and play a key role in our continued expansion.
