What You’ll Do • Provide personal care with compassion—bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. • Offer companionship and reassurance to patients and families. • Assist with light household tasks, simple meals, and comfort measures. • Observe and report changes in condition to the Case Manager. • Provide respite care to families, giving caregivers much-needed peace of mind. • Always uphold patient dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction. Who You Are • A licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Utah. • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle. • CPR/BLS certified. • Compassionate, patient, and comfortable supporting individuals at the end of life. • A calm, dependable presence who finds joy in helping others. • Self-motivated and confident working independently while being part of a caring team.
