Qualifications • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is strongly preferred. • Must be listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in your state. • At least 1 year of experience in home health or hospice care. • A minimum of 1 year of full-time direct care experience in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility). • Ability to understand the needs of clients, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
