Maintenance Worker (MVO) NA-07

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. 2. Ability to communicate in English at a level to assure the duties described can be accomplished in a safe and satisfactory manner. 3. Experience in accomplishing the types of duties described in this job. 4. Requires a valid state driver's license (Requires a valid state driver's license to operate a 15 passenger vehicle OR Requires a commercial drivers license (CDL) with no restrictions to operate a 24 passenger vehicle.) Highly Preferred applicants that meet the below criteria may be sent first for consideration: A skilled tradesman with: Experience in preventative and routine facility maintenance (i.e.: carpentry, painting, furniture repair) Experience in preventative and routine vehicle and small motor equipment. Experience maintaining landscaping and gardening. Knowledgeable in OSHA compliance.
