HOUSING OFFICER T32

Military Grades: SGT/E-5 to MSG/1SG/E-8 Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess any Army MOS SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least 24 months experience, education or training coordinating movement and accountability of equipment. Experience conducting audits and preparing reports. Experience which demonstrated the knowledge of basic principles, techniques, and methodology pertaining to the management planning, scheduling, coordinating and efficient use of Government-owned housing facilities. Experience developing and implementing a variety of directives and instructions concerning the full range of billeting activities for application by residents and lower-level housing personnel. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
