Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must be proficient in personnel management, accounting practices and budgeting. Must hold current WSI and Lifeguard certificates from the American Red Cross or obtain within 12 months of hire date. Must hold current Lifeguard Certification from the American Red Cross. Must be proficient and current in latest approved methods of lifesaving and resuscitation techniques to include cardiopulmonary resuscitation for adults, children, and infants. Must be proficient in various swimming techniques. Cash handling experience is required.
