TECHNICIAN

FOR NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge of Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems and Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems. Skill in Project Management across multiple sites and personnel types. Skill in leading Submarine Combat Control Systems integration and longevity test and evaluation planning and events. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to lead government and contractor personnel. FOR NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: comprehensive knowledge of Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems, Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems, including their lifecycle and future development. Advanced skill in Project Management across multiple sites and diverse personnel types. Demonstrated leadership in Submarine Combat Control Systems integration and longevity test and evaluation planning and events. Exceptional ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, from technical teams to senior leadership. Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strategic working relationships with technical leads and VIRGINIA and COLUMBIA Class lead shipyard personnel. Established leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide both Government and Contractor personnel in demanding environments.
