ENGINEER or SCIENTIST

For the ND-05: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist applying advanced theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods of engineering, or computer science to define, organize, or direct engineering processes and project efforts related to Undersea Warfare Combat Systems design, development, and integration.
