Job Summary As a Sales Executive, Payment Technology, you will engage directly with small and mid-sized merchants, guiding them to enhance their business operations using our innovative Genius® Point of Sale platform. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals. You will receive support and coaching from your District Manager while also taking charge of your success in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. This position is ideal for enthusiastic, tech-savvy sales professionals eager to provide solutions that simplify operations and enhance revenue for local businesses. What You'll Do • Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking. • Provide consultative presentations, both in-person and online, to showcase how Genius® can streamline operations and enhance customer loyalty. • Work alongside your District Manager to identify sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and close deals quickly. • Maintain up-to-date records in Atlas and Salesforce, documenting call notes, follow-ups, and client interactions. • Upsell existing customers on new features and upgrades to maximize account value. • Keep abreast of the fintech landscape and product developments to establish yourself as a trusted advisor. What You Bring • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or merchant services sectors. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, comfortable with both in-person and virtual selling. • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets. • A professional demeanor and a talent for connecting with business owners. • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is an added advantage. • A valid driver's license and willingness to spend at least 75% of your time in the field. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications • Must be 18 years or older. • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred. • A minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience. • Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting. Compensation Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ Base Salary: $40,000+ Residual Income: Continuous earnings from accounts established. Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for exceeding sales quotas. Your total earnings will be based on your performance, skills, and territory—your success is in your hands!
