MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing efficient, effective, and compliant processing of civilian manpower programs, requirements, and functions in accordance with established policies and procedures; 2) Performing data entry, submission, tracking, follow-up, and completion of personnel action requests and required documentation utilizing applicable systems, programs, applications and software; 3) Collecting, verifying, entering and retrieving ad hoc, civilian manpower data and information through memos, correspondence, emails, reports, etc.; 4) Performing training coordination, notification, tracking, maintenance, distribution, and submission of data and information.
