This includes: * Doorstep\-to\-dumpster trash collection * Cleaning and maintaining dumpster areas * Managing and compacting dumpster waste * Removing excess trash using a dump trailer * Handling large\-item removal to keep dumpsters service\-ready * Documenting your work with photo/body cam verification * Driving between properties on your route **The Work Style** This is a **solo operator role**. * You run your own route * You manage your time and execution * Your truck becomes your workspace There is a balance of: * Physical work at properties * Driving time between stops During drive time, you can: * Listen to music or podcasts * Eat meals/snacks * Reset between properties Think: * Law enforcement shifts * Security patrol routes Structured, independent, and disciplined work. **Physical \& Mental Requirements** This job is **not easy** — and that’s intentional.
