ELB delivers skilled personnel and solutions to support system sustainment, data integrity, and operational readiness across global environments. **Position Overview** ===================== We are seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support mission planning systems for international military partners. This is a travel\-intensive, customer\-facing role requiring frequent international travel (typically 2–3 weeks per month). The selected candidate will serve as a technical authority and representative of ELB, supporting system operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring mission planning capabilities are fully operational in customer environments. **Key Responsibilities** ======================== * Provide advanced technical support (Tier I–III) for mission planning systems in operational environments * Support and execute system installation, configuration, and fielding activities * Deliver training and user support to international customers to ensure operational effectiveness * Develop and maintain training materials and technical documentation * Serve as a technical liaison between FMS customers, USAF stakeholders, and internal teams * Interface directly with foreign military leadership and operational units * Represent ELB in high\-visibility, customer\-facing environments and operate with minimal supervision **Required Qualifications** =========================== * Active DoD Secret Security Clearance * CompTIA Security\+ (or ability to obtain within 6 months) * Experience with USAF and/or FMS mission planning systems * Demonstrated ability to provide technical troubleshooting and system support in operational settings * Ability to work independently in dynamic, customer\-facing environments * Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods **Preferred Qualifications** ============================ * Former military or aircrew experience * Prior experience supporting FMS or international defense programs * Experience with system deployments, fielding, or operational testing * Experience delivering technical instruction or user support * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse and international audiences **Compensation \& Benefits** ============================ * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Responsible Time Off (RTO) * Professional Development Opportunities **Why Join ELB** ================ This role directly supports global mission readiness.
