Our goal is to educate and empower our patients to make informed decisions about their orthodontic care, offering them a life\-changing opportunity for better health, confidence, and beautiful smiles. **WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?** The typical schedule for this dentistry position is **Monday to Thursday from 7:45 am to 5:20 pm.** As an Orthodontic \- Dental Assistant, you are at the heart of the exhilarating journey our patients take. Each day, you will: * Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures * Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas * Take digital scans, X\-rays, and clinical photographs * Place and remove orthodontic appliances (based on state regulations and experience) * Provide patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care * Maintain accurate clinical records * Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards * Support efficient patient flow and teamwork throughout the day **DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?** * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred qualifications: * Experience as an orthodontic assistant * Familiarity with dental software and digital imaging systems Are you positive and upbeat?
