**Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air** is currently hiring for a **full\-time Customer Service Associate** to provide excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks in the **Midvale, UT** area. This position earns a **competitive wage** of **$16\-$18 per hour**, depending on experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you provide support to our plumbers out in the field. You answer inbound calls, texts, and emails. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests.
