Phone Numbers is the gateway to all of our Communications business, where different sender types around the world are needed to unlock messaging and voice communications. You will understand the needs of our customers and build products that solve that need at global scale. Leading a team of product managers and working with engineering counterparts, you will craft and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Messaging at Twilio. </p> <p> </p> <p>This role will work cross-functionally with teams across Twilio to understand phone number needs and enable customers to get numbers when and wherever they need. This role will help take our Communications business to the next level of growth, while working with some of the world's leading organizations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio’s phone number products, taking into account Twilio’s global growth strategy, regulatory needs, and scalable operations that make our customers successful on Twilio</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and the rest of Communications Product teams to ensure alignment on the best strategic direction and market opportunities</li> <li>Launch innovative phone number products from the infrastructure layer up and lead critical new initiatives for Twilio that open up new markets</li> <li>Be the voice of the customer in every conversation and decision, and ensure we build world class products that our customers love and value</li> <li>Manage a global team of product managers and mentor them to succeed in building and executing to the vision</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Twilio values diverse exp
