Waiter/Waitress

Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate must possess: Skill to serve beverages in the proper manner. Knowledge of composition of popular cocktails and types of beverages served. Availability of wines and their proper serving temperatures. Knowledge of simple math calculations in order to tabulate checks. Ability to recognize intoxicated patrons when serving alcohol.
