Job Highlights • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude • Share information and ensure safe, enjoyable guest experiences • Support event operations including attractions, activities, and line management • Direct guests during downtime or emergencies as needed • Collaborate with team members across Winter Wonder Fest and Navy Pier Candidate Profile • Customer service or guest experience background • Friendly, reliable, and respectful toward guests and teammates • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent required Additional Information Location Chicago Benefits
