Job Title: Freight Broker / Account Manager (OTR Logistics Sales)
Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite – Downtown)
Interview Process: Video + Face-to-Face
Required Qualifications:
• Recent experience in OTR freight brokerage / 3PL logistics sales (Mandatory)
• Proven success in B2B sales or freight brokerage environment
• Strong understanding of trucking (FTL / LTL), lanes, and freight pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing Book of Business (BOB) is a strong plus
• Experience with companies similar to leading logistics firms (e.g., TQL model)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (exception for high-performing candidates)

Role Overview:
• We are seeking driven and energetic Freight Brokers / Account Managers with recent experience in OTR (Over-the-Road) freight brokerage sales.
• This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building new client relationships, managing freight movements, and growing a strong book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, and relationship building
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → load execution
• Build and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts (Book of Business)
• Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely and efficient freight movement
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Continuously build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
