Management and Program Assistant

To qualify for this position at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-D, FG/GS-5/6 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is experience using various office automation software systems/programs to create letters, memos, reports and spreadsheets; experience performing a wide variety of administrative functions to include recordkeeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records and scheduling meetings. To qualify for this position at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-E, FG/GS-7/8 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience using various office automation software systems/programs to create letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets; AND experience performing a wide variety of administrative functions to include planning and performing assignments with minimal direction from supervisor/manager.
