Senior UX UI designer

<p>We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can independently own product design across web and mobile — from discovery and UX logic to visual execution and launch support.</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will design end-to-end product experiences and be responsible not only for visuals, but also for UX logic, clarity and overall user experience quality.</p><p></p>Responsibilities:<p>Product Design &amp; UX Ownership<br /></p><ul><li>Design user flows and interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Create intuitive, scalable UX for complex product scenarios.</li><li>Own design from early discovery to developer hand-off and post-release improvements.</li><li>Produce high-quality UI layouts, interaction states, and responsive designs.</li></ul><p></p><p> UX Artefacts &amp; Prototyping</p><ul><li>Create and maintain:<br />- Customer Journey Maps (CJM)<br />- User Maps / User Flows</li><li>Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and flows.</li><li>Support product discovery and decision-making with UX artefacts.<br /><br />Launch &amp; Communication Support<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Support landing pages for product releases together with product and marketing teams.</li><li>Create designs for internal presentations to demonstrate concepts, progress, and results.</li><li>Ensure consistency between product design and release communication materials.</li></ul><p><br /><br />Collaboration &amp; Senior Contribution<br /></p><ul><li>Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers.</li><li>Influence product decisions through UX reasoning and user-centered thinking</li></ul> <ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products.</li><li>Strong experience designing web and mobile applications.</li><li>Proven ability to independently own design from concept to release.</li><li>Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping.</li><li>Experience creating CJM, User Maps, and user flows.</li><li>Ability to work with text as part of design, not as a separate role.</li><li>Experience supporting launches and working with landing pages.</li><li>Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams.</li><li>English B2/C1.</li></ul></ul><p></p>Nice to Have <ul><li>Experience in fintech, Web3, or other complex products.</li><li>Experience with data-heavy or transactional interfaces.</li><li>Experience contributing to or building design systems.</li><li>Background in high-growth or international product teams.</li><li>Experience working remotely.</li></ul><p></p><p></p> <ul><ul><li>Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). </li><li>Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams. </li><li>Paid leave: up to 28 vacation days +  8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year</li><li>Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards. </li><li>Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).</li></ul></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **TWINKLY** and tag RMTYyLjIyMC4yMzIuMTY4 when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTYyLjIyMC4yMzIuMTY4).
