About the Role We’re looking for a business-minded Commercial Counsel with experience drafting and negotiating sales agreements with leading global and domestic organizations. This role will report to the Director and Assistant General Counsel, Commercial, and will serve as a legal partner to cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the company. This is a full-time position based out of one of our US offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
