About the role In the Revenue Operations role at Sparrow, you’ll have the opportunity to solidify our vision, build processes, and own the entire lifecycle of revenue operations. We’re looking for a leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, staying up to date on market trends and competitors. and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to increase productivity. Here's what you'll do: Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing on the design and execution of GTM while building a world-class revenue operations function.  Manage the revenue operations for the entire life-cycle of our customer journey - including owning, reporting, and analytics for pre and post-sales to forecasting revenue accurately. Lead initiatives and activities to drive revenue growth and retention tied to OKRs and KPIs.  Assist with pricing, quota setting, sales rules of engagement, deal desk, and commissions Leverage the best sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, and more, to automate sales systems and provide support to drive efficiencies by improving processes for sales and renewals. This includes performance measurement programs, high-quality data and reporting tools, and evaluation of new technologies.  About you A top performer. 8+ years of revenue operations, data analytics, and/or finance/business operations supporting GTM orgs, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B, with a track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets by enabling the sales and renewal teams. Must be able to work cross-functionally while supporting the needs of many stakeholders.  A builder’s mindset. For this role, we prefer 5+ years of leadership experience, but in the near-term, this person will be building the infrastructure for the team as an IC leveraging outsourced resources.  Learner’s mindset. Highly self-directed, adaptable, and up for feedback and implementation in a fast-paced, always changing environment that has high-performance expectations while working collaboratively.
