They will build a resilient, cost-effective, and nuclear-qualified supplier base that supports factory-built modular construction, meets ASME and nuclear quality standards, and enables rapid deployment. This role will report directly to the VP, Commercial Supply Chain. Responsibilities Develop and own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for long-lead nuclear components, structural modules, fuel cycle materials, and balance-of-plant equipment. Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting nuclear-grade requirements, including forging, fabrication, and specialty materials for sodium systems. Build, develop and lead a high-performing sourcing team focused on competitive bidding, cost modeling, and long-term supplier partnerships. Drive supply chain risk mitigation, including geopolitical, single-source, capacity, and quality risks with clear contingency plans. Partner with engineering, project delivery, quality teams and other internal stakeholders to align design-for-manufacturability with supply chain capabilities. Negotiate strategic agreements and master terms that support both the demo plant and multi-unit commercial rollout. Track and report key metrics: cost reduction, on-time delivery, supplier quality performance, and diversity spend goals. Lead supply chain risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of strategic risks across the supplier base, geopolitical exposure, single-source dependencies, and capacity constraints.&nbsp; <str
