ABOUT THIS ROLE The Electrical Lab Engineer is a foundational role within our hardware team, designed for a motivated engineer eager to apply theoretical knowledge to complex, real-world electrical systems. You will be a key driver of lab efficiency, serving as the primary lead for the Electrical Engineering Lab while supporting the design, testing, and optimization of LVT’s hardware. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will contribute to project goals that directly impact our product’s success while developing a deep understanding of our agentic AI-driven hardware. This role is based in-office out of our facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES EE Lab Management: Serve as the primary steward of the Electrical Engineering Lab, ensuring equipment is calibrated, benches are organized, and components are properly inventoried. Hardware Debugging: Assist in troubleshooting and debugging simple electrical issues at the component and system levels to identify root causes and implement fixes. Testing &amp; Validation: Perform basic electrical tests and analysis, utilizing tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to validate sub-system performance. Documentation: Write and maintain clear technical documentation, including test plans, assembly instructions, and lab safety protocols.
