We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead executive and senior leadership searches while flexing as needed to support high-priority clinical and managerial roles across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior healthcare leaders, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, People Ops, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure leaders who align with our mission, values, and commitment to clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the highest levels of the organization while remaining hands-on when business needs require broader recruiting support.   Core Responsibilities & Expectations: Executive & Senior Leadership Recruiting Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP and executive-level roles across corporate, clinical, operational, and functional areas.
