Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and safety-focused Field Training Manager to lead a team of advanced autonomous vehicle operators. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the onsite liaison between training and operations. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and workforce development by owning your team’s performance, the quality of their feedback and the implementation of new training programs to support operational excellence. You will not only manage the daily performance of our highest-level operators, but also support the educational infrastructure that allows them to mentor others and scale our operations safely. As a direct report to the Senior Manager, Field Operations Training, you will play a key role in defining training standards, managing our learning content, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.  Essential Responsibilities Manage, coach, and support a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Support onsite operations management personnel to ensure operators are maximizing autonomous capabilities while maintaining strict safety protocols. Review and audit operator reports regarding vehicle behavior, software errors, and disengagements to ensure feedback is clear, effective, and actionable for engineering teams. Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, resolving conflicts and championing career development for direct reports. Learn to apply Adult Learning Principles to support the design, implementation, and updating of training programs.
