The Role We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to help scale the systems, workflows, and reporting that keep the business running cleanly as we grow. You’ll sit at the center of finance, operations, and data, helping turn closed deals into accurate billing, tightening core processes, and delivering analysis that helps the company make smarter decisions faster. What You’ll Own Support billing operations end to end, partnering closely with GTM teams to ensure smooth handoff from closed-won deals to accurate invoicing Drive revenue tracking, reconciliations, and reporting in partnership with accounting and finance leadership Build ad hoc analyses that help inform decisions across pricing, customer behavior, unit economics, and broader business performance Improve financial processes and systems to increase accuracy, speed, and visibility as the company scales Support finance operations across compliance, regulatory filings, and other business-critical workflows Use AI tools to automate manual work, streamline reporting, and improve how finance operates day to day What We’re Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or another highly analytical role Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy Advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with data Working knowledge of SaaS metrics, subscription billing, and revenue recognition concepts like ARR, deferred revenue, and NRR Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments Clear communicator who works well across teams and functions Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Nice to Have Experience in SaaS, startups, or other high-growth environments Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms to improve workflows or analyze data The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
