With robust capabilities in both highway and urban environments, Gatik Carrier™ serves as an all-encompassing solution that integrates advanced software and hardware powering the fleet, facilitating effortless integration into customers' logistics operations.  About the role As a Fleet Dispatcher in our Dallas/Fort Worth Operations, you are the real-time command center for our autonomous fleet and the Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) who manage them. This is a high-stakes, rapid-response role where your exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills directly ensure the seamless execution of our daily routes. You will act as the central point of contact, navigating both routine logistics and unexpected, time-sensitive incidents. You must maintain clear, calm, and professional communications with AVOs, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
