To learn more about Zenoti visit: https://www.zenoti.com     Position Overview: As a key member of the leadership team, the General Counsel at Zenoti will lead the company’s Legal department, supporting revenue growth and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while providing strategic legal guidance to the executive team.  The role will also ensure that legal practices effectively support a globally distributed workforce and operations. Key Responsibilities: Contract Negotiation and Legal Operations: Review, draft, structure, and negotiate all aspects of SaaS contracts (customer and vendor agreements), including but not limited to BAA, DPA, Information Security Addendums, renewals, and strategic partnerships. Establish efficient processes for legal operations, including contract management and approvals. Legal Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement legal strategies to support Zenoti’s business objectives and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across all geographies where Zenoti operates. Risk Management: Identify and address potential legal risks, including data privacy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Ensure full compliance with global data privacy and security laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and CPRA. Align legal processes to effectively support global teams and operations. Department Leadership: Lead a high-performing Legal team, ensuring alignment with Zenoti’s key objections in a fast-paced environment. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
