Job Description

Qualifications required: Availability for 24/7 shift work which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Experience supporting law enforcement investigations, intelligence analysis, or customer service operations preferred. Working knowledge of DHS, Component, and authorized private partner databases preferred but not required.
