What You Will Do Provide Direct Patient Care &nbsp;– Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision. Conduct Patient Assessments &nbsp;– Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses. Educate and Support Patients &nbsp;– Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management. Ensure Compliance and Quality &nbsp;– Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards. Optimize Clinical Workflows &nbsp;– Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams &nbsp;– Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
