IT System Administrator – Soc Noc Support

Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and tool configurations. Ensure proper integration and functionality of SOC/NOC tools. Implement security controls, apply system updates, and conduct regular patching. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to NOC/SOC operations. Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of IT System Administration experience supporting one or more of the following: Networking, Linux, Cloud, Windows, or Microsoft platforms. Experience administering SOC and/or NOC tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, or network monitoring tools). Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or relevant vendor certifications). Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
