Learning and Development Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE At Peloton, the Learning and Development team empowers individuals to thrive by creating learning experiences that foster growth, longevity, and professional joy, enabling everyone to perform their best.   We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, operationalize, and deliver learning experiences across the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves creating management skills programming, developing strong people leaders, and operationalizing learning experiences directly tied to business goals. This role reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.   If you are a strategic and thoughtful individual with extensive experience building both in-person and digital learning programs, and constantly strive for world-class development, we encourage you to apply!   YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON: Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development, People Business Partners, and cross-functional business leaders to identify learning needs and create solutions aligned with strategic priorities for our People Leaders. Manage key learning programs and initiatives, orchestrating seamless end-to-end experiences with detailed project plans that account for all necessary communications, logistics, delivery, and measurement. Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs for foundational leadership skills (e.g., feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, trust building, inclusive leadership). Facilitate a variety of dynamic learning sessions (from skills-based seminars to career development sessions) in both virtual and in-person formats. Continuously seek opportunities to automate, optimize, and iterate upon learning processes, from program marketing and registration to resource management and follow-up communications. &l
