Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Part-Time Salary: Competitive Job Description • Answers questions for first-time and return guests • Knowledgeable about our concept and the products we offer • Cleans and sanitizes the line to ensure a good experience for diners • Restocks the line for guests • Assists in portioning • Practices food safety at all times • Checks temperature of products • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor. Requirements • Requires customer service skills, 1 year preferred • Basic English Language Skills (Written & Verbal) • Professional, Warm Demeanor - Service Oriented • Basic food/beverage knowledge helpful • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure • High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience) • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), pull, bend and carry trays continuously throughout a shift • Requires good communication skills, can converse comfortably with guests • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents • Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred • Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
