This role is onsite 5 days a week in Seattle, WA About the role The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations in our Seattle, WA location. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. Responsibilities Manage safety, inventory accuracy, quality, productivity, cost saving and customer delivery promises Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly, internal and contractor workforce Lead daily FC operations to deliver stable execution across safety, customer experience, productivity, inventory accuracy (ICQA), and cost control. Manage and improve key operational results including safety performance, inventory accuracy, quality, productivity, cost savings, and customer delivery promises. Support, mentor, and motivate a mixed workforce of hourly and salaried employees, including contractors/agency labor as applicable. Evaluate and act on performance metrics to ensure high-quality execution and cost-efficient workflows Own site-level P&amp;L performance and drive results across key cost lines (labor, overtime, supplies, equipment/service, shrink/damage, etc.). Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while protecting safety, quality, and customer delivery promises; quantify impact/ROI and communicate outcomes to leadership. <l
