Responsibilities POC for Finance/accounting team enhancements supporting month and year end close activities and external audit. Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders. Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage “backlog” of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions. Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and additional Change Requests through Terrapower JIRA ticketing system. Lead recurring cross-functional training events on ERP processes, updates and newly implemented platform changes. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects. Support Confluence Knowledge Base through creation and improvement of business system documents, processes diagrams and workflows flows and formal operating procedures written clearly and thoroughly, in addition to training others on the process.
