Position Summary:   The Pharmacist, Dispensing serves as the final clinical authority responsible for verifying, releasing, and safeguarding compounded medications that impact thousands of patients daily. Operating within the largest 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy in the world, this role combines clinical judgment, operational discipline, and regulatory precision to ensure every prescription meets uncompromising safety and compliance standards. The pharmacist drives verification excellence, mentors technicians, and removes workflow barriers while maintaining throughput in a high-growth, high-volume environment.
