If you’re driven to align your career with a fantastic mission, look no further! This is a part-time 1099 contractor role, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week. We are looking for a detail-oriented Privacy Analyst to support our privacy program on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in privacy compliance who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight. You will own the day-to-day execution of key privacy ops functions, primarily around consent management and data subject rights. What You'll Do: Cookie & Consent Management Maintain our cookie consent management platform (CMP), ensuring banners, categories, and consent records are accurate and up to date Conduct periodic cookie audits to identify new or changed cookies and update the CMP accordingly Monitor for compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CIPA,ePrivacy, etc.) Data Subject Rights (DSAR/DROP) Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming Data Subject Access Requests and deletion/opt-out requests that come through our CMP Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, customer support) to locate, compile, and deliver responsive data Flag edge cases, legal holds, or high-risk requests for escalation Process DROP requests within the required 45-day timeframe, ensuring deletion is completed across all relevant data systems Maintain documentation and audit trails of DROP request fulfillment Requirements: 2+ years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or a related role Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks Experience with CMP platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Osano, Cookiebot) and/or DSAR management tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Ability to work independently and communicate proactively with stakeholders Nice to Have: CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar privacy certification a plus SpyCloud is not sponsoring visas at this time.
