This role reports to the Senior Technical Project Engineer and is based on site in Minden, LA. In this role, the essential functions are: Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Learn and support process control systems and strategies. Implement process improvements with cross-functional team buy-in. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support safe plant operations. Manage small to mid-sized CAPEX projects from planning through execution. Coordinate with contractors and vendors including scope development and pricing. Track project progress and provide status updates. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn process control systems. Experience working with contractors or vendors. Exposure to CAPEX projects. Strong communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with laboratory analytical equipment for chemical analysis of in-process and final product. Exposure to process control systems (DCS/PLC). Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements: Travel up to 10%, including the possibility of overnights at Penrose CO, or vendor si
