We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.   ABOUT THE ROLE:  The Program Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, applying front office expertise to connect strategic direction with operational delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to maintain momentum, manage interdependencies, and ensure consistent use of program management tools and standards while tracking progress against milestones, KPIs, and value targets. It also serves as a central point of contact for workstream leads and supports governance routines by preparing high-quality materials for Steering Committees and leadership reviews.
