Project Manager (Paving)

Our Paving Group in Dallas, TX, is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. Primary Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet production and contract requirements. Manage project coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, labor, and equipment. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies; promote a culture of safety on all job sites. Oversee quality control activities, including jobsite inspections, documentation, and corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal leadership to align expectations and support project success. Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
