Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, including designing evaluation frameworks, gathering and analysing data and developing reports. High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders using insight and inspiring collaboration in an overall environment of change and evolution. Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams, inspiring project success, execution of results and skills transfer Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members. Demonstrated experience thinking critically to deliver successful projects and achieve collaborative customer-focused outcomes aligned to broader environmental and organisational context.
