Real Estate Manager

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Manager to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams of the company. This role will partner closely with both teams on workplace operations and office-related projects, including the management of day-to-day office operations, facilities-related projects, and cross-office support initiatives including office decommissions, employee moves, furniture installations, access control systems, and security oversight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to travel, comfortable working on-site (including with facilities-related technology), and eager to grow their real estate, facilities, and project management expertise in a multi-office environment. Primary Responsibilities Facilities & Office Operations Support daily operations and upkeep of the company’s headquarters in St. Louis, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace Assist in coordination of vendors for maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and other facility-related needs Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and office reconfigurations Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify facility issues and ensure compliance with safety and security standards Real Estate Management & Cross-Office Support Assist in planning and executing office-related projects across multiple locations, including: Office openings and decommissions Furniture procurement, delivery, and installation Access control and badge system integrations Security system coordination and oversight Manage, track, and report on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as needed Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Security, Workplace Services, Leadership) and external vendors Travel to other offices as required to support on-site execution Security & Access Systems
