Recreation Assistant (Outdoor Recreation)

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience demonstrating a working familiarity with the routines and procedures followed in group activities or programs. Practical knowledge and/or experience of recreational activities and equipment, rules, and procedures in recreation program activity which has involved recreation work in the area of specialty in which the position is assigned. Ability and skill in dealing with the public. Must have cash handline experience.
