As the Regional Vice President – Tacoma, WA, you’ll own the operational, financial, and people performance of a dynamic, multi‑clinic region, translating enterprise strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution at the clinic level. What You’ll Do: Lead and elevate clinic performance by translating operational metrics into action: coaching Clinic Directors, reinforcing enterprise standards, and driving consistent, high‑quality execution across the region. Own regional financial and operational success, proactively monitoring performance, addressing gaps with decisive corrective action, and partnering on budgeting and forecasting to deliver sustainable results. Develop tomorrow’s leaders by coaching, mentoring, and building strong bench strength among Clinic Directors, ensuring leadership continuity and long‑term regional success. Create a culture where people thrive by fostering engagement, accountability, and trust, staying closely connected to field teams. Ensure clinics are positioned to win through proactive workforce planning, partnering with HR to drive hiring and retention strategies while anticipating growth and minimizing operational disruption from vacancies. Drive regional growth and access to care by partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Access teams to increase volume, improve conversion, and ensure operational readiness for same‑store and new clinic expansion.
